- The Executive Branch
- This is the Branch in which the President resides
- He has the power to sign a bill into law and to veto a bill passed by the Legislative branch
- The Legislative Branch
- Create the laws
- Made up of two houses, the Senate, which is the higher chamber, and the House of representatives
- In the Senate each state has Two Representatives
- In the House of Representatives representation is decided on by state population.
- The Judaical Branch
- Made up of the Supreme Court and all higher Federal Courts
- Interperate laws
